Bill Sermon

Bill is a design leader. Bill played a key role in building the Nokia business, brand and design reputation in his 11 years there. He joined Nokia in 1998 as Design Director, was a VP and board member of one of the company’s most successful business groups, Nokia Multimedia and finally head of Nokia Service Design. Previously Bill was a Director and Senior Consultant at global design firm, Fitch where he was responsible for major brand, product and service development assignments. Bill began his career at Philips, has been a Director of the Design Business Association and is a Fellow of the Chartered Society of Designers. Bill has a degree in Product Design and is an Honorary Fellow of Ravensbourne College of Design and Communications.
