The team

At the heart of Via is a core team of five partners; Chris, Bill, Louis, Nick and Neil.

Our backgrounds are in management, strategy, finance, marketing, technology and design. Between us, we have many years experience of innovation across a wide range of product categories, technologies, markets and geographies. We are fascinated by a human-centred, systemic and creative approach to innovation, and are curious about what makes people and things tick. We believe that there is always a better way.

Chris and Bill are the old hands; they first began working together in 1985 and were reunited when Bill left Nokia at the end of '09. Nick and Louis joined Via in its very early days. Neil is our newest partner but had nearly joined Bill at Nokia a couple of times, and was also a client of ours. So, we know each other pretty well by now. We like to think that we are an expert team, as well as a team of experts.
