We work with business leaders to optimise their organisations' innovation capability (people, processes, structure and culture) to address the particular challenges they face.

Innovation is necessarily complex, often confusing and always uncertain. There's a science to it, for sure. But it's also an art ... and the politics of innovation, is ignored at our peril.

Over the years, and through research we have gained a clear appreciation of the factors critical to the success of innovation. We have developed a robust set of principles, frameworks and tools to support and guide innovation leaders and project teams on the journey from innovation strategy to market action. We have successfully adapted these resources to many different organisational settings.

We take an ‘action learning’ approach to skills development and provide training courses customised to specific clients contexts. Our training exercises are usually real projects and deliver a double, content + capability, benefit.

Many of our ‘alumni’ have gone on to become MDs and Innovation, R&D and Marketing SVPs, but we’d like to think that every one of them has been empowered to make innovation happen in his chosen field.
