Over the past 12 years and through the course of over 400 innovation assignments we have honed our approach to making innovation happen.
There certainly isn't just one best way to innovate. Every innovation initiative has its own particular characteristics. The nature of the content, the context within which it's being developed and deployed and the overall aims vary enormously. What they all have in common is that they are a mix of creative, technical and ideological challenges.
In response, we take a multi-disciplinary stance, drawing on practices founded in; business strategy; product, service & brand design; technology development; consumer & market behaviour; and problem solving.
