We build online tools to support innovation and enable management teams to be more effective

We have always believed that the right tools underpin successful teamwork and foster a culture of innovation through knowledge sharing. We work with our clients to ensure the tools we create are easy to use, compelling and engaging, and are focused on the content that matters.

We have developed and built a wide range of tools for BT, Electrolux, Nokia, SABMiller and Unilever. These include:

  • Brand enabler site for a brand marketing team’s global rollout programme

  • Team sharing tool for cross-functional global innovation teams

  • Market mapping and segmentation visualisation tool for a global marketing function

  • Brand and product attribute differentiation tool for local brand teams

  • Packaging innovation database for a global procurement function

  • Design process and trend management tool for a global design group

Many of these tools have similar underlying structures and requirements. We have therefore created our own software framework, Fluux which allows us to accelerate the tool creation process. The result is tools that hit the ground sooner, providing a greater degree of flexability and iteration in order to focus on the content.
